摘要
通过调整焊条药皮配方及水玻璃的种类，改善了其综合性能。在对焊条工艺性能测试的同时，通过示波器、电弧参数测定仪、函数记录仪等对焊条的短路特性、电弧参数、焊芯温升率作了分析和研究，探讨了各因素之间的内在联系及其对工艺性能的影响。研究认为，选用以氧化钾为主要成分的复合型稳弧剂。
The technological property of the electrodes was improved by adjasting the ingredients of electrode′s flux and water glass type.The effects of all kinds of the arc stabilizers on the technology property of electrodes were studied by measuring of the arc parameters and other factors with corresponding instruments.It has been concluded that using potassium oxide type arc stabilizers could improve the drops transfer form and technological property of the electrodes.
