摘要
采用六种方法提取液体培养的银耳芽孢中的多糖。结果显示应用复合酶结合热水浸提法多糖提取率最高,是最佳的提取方法。通过正交实验,确定了复合酶的最佳反应条件为:复合酶用量为1%,酶解时间为6h,酶解pH6.0,酶解温度为45℃。在此条件下,多糖提取率高达29%。
Six different methods had been used to extract polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis spores incubated in Liquid culture medium. The result showed that the compound enzyme with hot water soaking methods was the best and got the highest production of polysaccharides. The best reacting conditions of compound enzyme chosen by orthogonal experiment were: the compound enzyme 1%, enzyme reacting time 6h, pH 6.0 and temperature 45℃ . Under this condition, the production of polysaccharides reach to 29%.
