摘要
以生物量和胞外多糖含量为测定指标,通过摇瓶培养的方式对鸡腿蘑发酵条件的优化进行了研究。结果表明:鸡腿蘑摇瓶发酵条件为起始pH6.0,转速170 r/m in,装量系数为0.4,接种量10%,发酵时间为6d,此时生物量可达17.70g/L,胞外多糖含量达1.46g/L。
Using biomass and content of extracellular polysaccharide as indexes, optimization of fermentation condition was studied by shaking culture. The results showed that the suitable shaking culture condition was as follows: initial pH of medium 6.0, shaking frequency 170r/min, 100mL liquid medium in size 250mL shaking flask, inoculation quantity 10%, fermentative time 6 days. Under this condition, the production of 17.70g/L biomass and 1.46g/L extracellular polysaccharide were obtained.
