微波消解—电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定面制食品中的铝

摘要 采用全自动微波消解仪对样品进行前处理,消解液用ICP进行检测。讨论了微波消解程序对样品的影响,及ICP光谱条件对测试结果的影响。表明在最高温度为180℃时消解30min,最佳光谱条件为:308.215nm,RF功率为1150kW,载气压力为0.17MPa时,曲线线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.21μg/mL,回收率为91.7%。测定结果令人满意。 First the sample was decomposed with the full automatic microwave , and then analyzed by the ICP. The influence of the program of microwave and the condition of spectrum were discussed. It showed when the sample was decomposed for 30min in the highest temperature 180%, the best condition of spectrum was 308.215nm, the power of RF was 1150kW, the stress of carrier gas was 0.17MPa, the linearly dependent coefficient of the curve was 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.21μg/mL, the recovery was 91.7%. The test result is satisfied.
