摘要
结合实际，对我省基建矿井设计优化进行了分析，说明学习新集经验，对建设项目进行设计优化，是煤炭基本建设改革的主要措施。
Combining with practice,the optimization of the mine building design in Shanxi is analyzed.This paper shows the important step learning the experience from Xin Ji and using the optimization for the projects of coal industrial capital constructions to realize the reform.
