江苏电信综合网元激活系统的设计

为了提高服务自动开通的效率和准确度,支撑后续业务和3G业务的发展,江苏电信BSS在现有基于WorkFlow技术的服务开通系统的基础上,引入SOA的理念,封装网元自动开通环节,设计了一套综合网元激活系统。该系统在充分分析了电信终端用户业务开通技术的基础上,设计了一套开放的、与具体业务无关的数据模型,进行流程判断,有效提高了系统的开放性。系统还设计了与业务无关的多线程框架,采用类似CPU的时间片分配算法,充分提高了系统并发处理的性能,确保了省集中服务开通的可行性。

For improving efficiency and accurate degree, prop up development of follow-up business and 3G business, Jiangsu Telecom Corp. leads SOA into current BSS system, encapsulating all automatic taches, developed integrated netunit activating system. Flow calculating is based on a special database model having open minded nature, and this database model has no relationship with some special business services. Also, multithread framework has adopt similar CPU time movie assignment algorithm, which has improved system concurrent processing function sufficiently.
