The Application of PMHIS 1000×2400 Wet Medium Intensity Permanent Magnetic Separator in Jingshandian Iron Mine

ＰＭＨＩＳ１０００×２４００湿式永磁中磁机在金山店选厂用于选别混合矿弱磁扫选尾矿，能使强磁机给矿中磁性铁含量由１０％～１５％降到２％以下，为强磁作业创造了良好的条件，强磁精矿实际回收率提高１０６１个百分点。

A PMHIS 1000×2400 Wet medium intensity permanent magnetic separator was used in Jingshandian Concentrator to treat scavenging tailings of low intensity magnetic separation of mixed ores and the magnetic iron content in the feed to high intensity magnetic separation was reduced from 10%～ 15% to under 2%.Thus,good conditions were created for the high intensity magnetic separation and the real recovery of high intensity magnetic separation concentrates was improved by 10.61%.It has been shown that the machine can bring good economical results and has broad application prospect.
