摘要
探讨了叔丁醇体系中脂肪酶Novozyme 435催化动物油脂制备生物柴油的新工艺。用猪油做原料,醇油摩尔比为5∶1,Novozyme 435用量3%(质量分数),叔丁醇用量40%(体积分数),50℃下240 r/min反应24 h,生物柴油得率为95.2%。酶重复使用10批次后生物柴油得率仍保持在90%以上,结果表明新工艺条件下猪油可以有效转化为生物柴油,且脂肪酶能保持良好的稳定性。
A new method for biodiesel production from lard involving catalysis by immobilized lipase Novozyme 435 has been developed. The optimal parameters were found to be 5:1 molar ratio of methanol/oil, 3% (mass fraction) Novozyme 435, 40 % (volume fraction) tert-butanol, and a reaction temperature of 50 ℃. The results showed that after 24 hours, the highest yield of methyl ester obtained was 95.2 % . When the lipase was repeatedly used for 10 cycles Under the optimal conditions, yields of methyl esters of over 90 % were obtained. This indicates that lard can be effectively converted into biodiesel and that lipase exhibits good stability under the conditions employed.
