摘要
在装有液压自动平行机构的凿岩台车支臂工作过程中,以托架是小平行误差概率作为台车支臂的目标函数,把对误差概申具有显著影响且能直接控制的独立参数作为目标函数的设计变量,在确定追求最小平行误差概率约束条件的基础上,运用先进的约束变尺法求解台车支臂的最优化问题,并通过实例,得出了几点基本结论。
In analyzing the working process of drilling jumbo boom with the hydraulic auto-parallel mechanism,the minimal paralled error probability is used as the objective function of jumbo boom; these independent parameters which have the most notable effect on the error probability and can be controlled directly are used as the design variables of the objective function:and the constraints for seeking theminimal parallel error probability are determined ; the following is that the advanced method of constraint changing scale can be used to solve the optimization problem on jumbo boom. Finally,the author draws some basic conclusions from the case study.
