摘要
在涡街流量计的研究和应用中,提高其抗振性能是必须解决的技术难题。本文论述了压电应力式涡街流量计的一般抗振措施,提出了传感器采用双压电晶片结构的方法;对此方法的抗振原理进行了理论分析和研究,并给出了试验结果。
Improving its antivibration performance is a difficult techmical problem which must be solved in the study and application of vortex street flowmeter. The author discussed the general antivibration measures of the piezoelectric stress-type vortex street flowmeter,presented the method which the structure of dual piezoelectric wafers is introduced into sensor,made a theoretical analysis and study of the antivibration principle for this method and gave the test results.
