摘要
流动资金紧张是当前经济生活中人们难以回避的一个重要问题，本文对如何认识和处理这一带有普遍意义的问题进行了初步分析和探讨，仅供有关领导和财务部门参考。
A shortage of flow funds is an important problem difficult to be avoided in the present econ0mic life. The author tentatively analyzes and researches how to understand and tackle this problem with general significance. This paper provides a reference only for the relative leaders and the financial departments concerned.
