同源重组的好工具,Red重组系统

摘要 随着分子生物学实验技术的不断提高,对基因功能的研究不断深入,迫切需要一种新的生子生物学技术来使某个相关基因沉默,或是被替换。近年来,应用Red重组系统对微生物上相关基因的敲除这门技术在生物学领域得到了广泛的应用。本综述即对该技术作出一个比较科普性的介绍,并附带对传统的RecA重组作出介绍。
