摘要
[目的]研究咸宁学院校内常见绿化植物叶片的挥发性有机物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌及酵母菌的抑制作用。[方法]从50多种植物中筛选出几种抑菌作用较好的植物,对其抑菌效果的差异进行分析。[结果]樟树、罗汉松、夹竹桃、大叶黄杨、法国冬青、石楠、龙柏、雪松8种植物叶片释放的挥发性有机物对供试菌种的抑菌效果较好。[结论]从环境生态学的角度来看,选择抑菌、杀菌作用强的树种作为高校的绿化树种,有利于绿色高校建设。
Inhibition effect of volatile organic compounds (VOCS) in common greening plant leaves on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and yeast was studied. Plants with preferable inhibition effect were selected from more than 50 kinds of plants. And the differences among their inhibition effects were analyzed. Result showed that VOCS released from 8 kinds of plant leaves had better inhibition effect on the strains, which were Cinnamomun camphorn L, Podocaarpus macrophyUus, Nerium indicum Mill, Euonymus japonicus, Viburnum odoratissimum Ker-Gawl, Photinia, Sabina chinensis Kaizuca and Cedms atlantico. From the angle of ecology, selecting plants with strong inhibition and sterilization effects as greening trees was beneficial to green campus construction.
