低温对花生幼苗渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 在实验室模拟低温条件下,对花生幼苗体内渗透调节物质含量和保护酶活性进行了研究。结果表明:随着低温处理时间的增加,花生真叶中脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势,以10℃胁迫组增加最为明显;可溶性蛋白和子叶中可溶性糖呈现先升后降趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显高于对照组;过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现先降后升趋势,3种酶在低温胁迫中表现出一定的协同作用。 Contents of osmotic adjustment substances and protective enzyme activity in Arachis L seedlings under low temperature condition were studied. The results showed that the contents of proline and soluble sugar in leaves increased with the extension of treatment time, with the group of 10℃ the most obvious. The contents of soluble protein in leaves and soluble sugar in cotyledon increased first and then decreased, Activities of SOD and CAT were obviously higher than those of the control. POD activity decreased at first and then increased, The three enzymes showed synergism under low temperature stress.
