探讨我国森林生态效益补偿机制的建立

Discussion on the Establishment of Compensation System for Forest Ecological Benefit in China

从森林生态效益的内涵、森林生态效益补偿制度的理论依据出发,分析了我国森林生态效益补偿机制实施的现状及问题,提出了建立我国森林生态效益补偿制度的思路。

Based on definition of forest ecological benefit, theory foundation and policy basis of compensation for ecological benefit of forest, existing problems in compensation system for forest ecological benefit in China were analyzed combining with status quo of this system. Finally, train of thought for formulating a compensation system of forest ecological benefit in China was put forward.
