摘要
Laves相铬化物以其熔点高、适当的密度和良好的高温强度成为重要的潜在高温结构材料。对Laves相ZrCr2金属问化合物的研究进展进行了综述,重点对ZrCrz的性质及其基础研究、热力学性能以及ZrCrz的合金化研究现状进行了论述。研究表明,Laves相ZrCrz长期以来作为高温结构的候选材料而得到广泛的关注,虽然对Laves相ZrCrz进行了深入的研究,但由于这类材料的本征脆性,限制了它的工业化应用。分析了合金元素对组织与性能的影响及热处理对组织与性能的影响机制,利用合金化、控制显微结构及改进加工技术等有助于改善合金的性能。此外,Laves相ZrCrz还具有很好的储氢性能。
Laves phase chrominide compounds are important potential high-temperature structural materials due to their high melting temperature, moderate density and high temperature strength. Research progress in intermetallics of Laves phase ZrCr2 is reviewed with focusing on its properties, fundamental researches, thermodynamic properties and alloying of ZrCr2. The results shows that ZrCr2 is being considered as a material for high temperature application, but the industrial use is limited owing to its intrinsic brittleness.
