水化、水位地震预报综合判定方法软件（SHEP）是一套集数据处理、地震预报方法、图形工具为一体的综合软件，该软件提供各种运算方法、图表显示、文件输出等一系列功能，实现了水化、水位地震短临预报标志体系及综合判定方法的整体思路。文中介绍了该软件的主要功能和技术要点。

The application software, consistsing of data processing,methods of earthquakeprediction, graphic tools etc. provides a series of functions such as computingmethods, graph display, file output etc.. It is a tries to accomplish the entire idea of in-dication system and synthetic decision methods of hydrochemistry and ground water ta-ble for earthquake prediction. The major functions and the technical keys of thissoftware are introduced in this paper.
