恒温自控技术在稠油脱水升温工艺中的应用

摘要 采用串级调节和智能仪表双回路控制结合方式,实现了高压差蒸汽流量的稳定调节,恒温控制技术优化换热器运行台数和调控蒸汽压力和流量,实现原油加热恒温控制,使过热蒸汽能量充分吸收后排放,避免蒸汽不必要的浪费,降低了员工劳动强度和生产运行成本,确保了设备安全运行和稠油热化学脱水工艺的稳定运行。 The combination of concatenated control and double-circuit control of the intelligent meter realized stable adjustment to the steam flow of high differential pressures.Thermostatical control technology optimizes the number of operating heat exchanger and vapour pressure and flow control.It has carried out crude oil heating under thermostatical control.Overheated vapour energy is let out after full absorption,which avoids unnecessary vapour wasting and reduce the work intensity of the employees and production cost.it ensures safe operation of the equipment and thermo-chemical dehydration technique of viscous oil.
