摘要
该系统由软硬件两部分构成,在硬件方面采用了工业控制机、硬件接口模块和相关接口硬件,软件包括运行于windows2000操作系统平台下的控制、采集、报警、监控、网络通讯等模块。根据整个系统的总体工作原理,控制与数据采集系统实现太阳能系统的水流控制和水套炉、燃烧器的自动调节,实时显示系统中各部分水温、油温、流量、水路、油路、太阳能辐射量以及传感器状态等参数,并在自动控制万一失效或用户操作要求的情况下,能够方便地切换到系统的手动控制工作状态。
The system is made up of two parts——software and hardware.The hardware uses an industrial computer,hardware interface module and related interface hardware.The software package includes control,collection,alarm,monitoring,and network communication module,etc.under Windows 2000 operating system.According to the general working principle of the whole system,the control and data acquisition system realizes flow control and automatic regulation of the water jacket furnace and burner in the solar system,and realizes real-time display of water temperature,oil temerature,flow,waterway,oil way,solar irradiation quantity and transducer status in it.The system can be switched to manual control conveniently in case automatic control faults or the user requires.
