中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗的研究进展

Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mild hypothermia for the treatment of cerebral protection

本文通过文献分析探讨中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗的疗效及应用前景。回顾亚低温脑保护治疗的作用机制及临床研究现状,并对近十年来国内有关中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗的实验研究及临床研究文献作出分析。动物实验表明,适当的中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗能更好地起到脑神经保护作用;但临床研究文献报道并不多见,需要经过大量、科学的研究和评估以进一步证实中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗的临床疗效。中医药联合亚低温脑保护治疗的应用,目前属于探索阶段,为临床治疗脑血管病提供了一个新的思路,两者的联合应用具有广阔的前景。

To observe the curative effect and prospects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mild hypothermia （ combined treatment ） for cerebral protection. To analyse retrospectively the mechanisms and present state of mild hypothermia for cerebral protection, and to review the last 10 - year literatures of experimental and clinical studies with combined treatment. Animal experiments show that appropilate combined treatment is beneficial to the protection of cerebral nerves. However, clinical studies reported rarely, a large number of scientific researches and assessments were needed. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with mild hypothermia for cerebral protection are at the beginning of study, but supply a new way for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease and have good prospects.
