摘要
介绍了某厂芳烃歧化装置的工艺流程,针对该装置扩能改造后出现能耗较高的问题,提出了改造方案:采用高效板壳式换热器更换传统的管壳式换热器,再沸器内采用表面多孔管高通量换热管,同时将3台加热炉联合共用1套水热媒空气预热器进行系统改造,可有效地解决现行装置的用能瓶颈,节能效果显著。
The process of arene disproporlionation equipment in a factory is introduced. Aiming at the questions of high energy consumption after the technological modification for enlarging its production, three retrofit schemes are presented: Using a high-efficient lamella heat exchanger instead of the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger, using a high flux porous surface tube in the reboiler, and using a water heat medium preheater to recover three furnaces' surplus heat. After the alteration, energy consumption is decreased evidently.
