Framework and construction of cycle system in chemical industry enterprises

内外循环的断裂或不畅是企业失败的主要原因。从企业的基本生存条件入手,研究企业的循环体系,包括新陈代谢循环和资源平衡循环,并对企业循环体系的基本要素进行分析。在此基础上,对化工企业循环体系的基本结构进行研究。由于对企业来说并非所有循环都是良性的,因此又对企业循环的建设方法进行研究,并给出了化工企业循环的建设模型。最后利用斯达公司的案例对部分方法进行实证。

The main reason of enterprise＇s failure is the break or blockage of interior and exterior cycles. The enterprise cycle system based on the essential requirements for existence of the enterprise are studied in this paper, including metabolism cycle and resource balance cycle. The main elements of enterprise cycle system are analyzed also. Not all the cycles are benign so the construction measures of enterprise＇s cycle system are studied and the constructing models in chemical industrial enterprises are given. Some measures are demonstrated by the case of such incorporation, as SIDA Inc.
