摘要
在人类的进化过程中，自然选择起到了至关重要的作用，选择作用在人类的基因组中留下了标记使我们能够更好地认识人类历史，更多地了解基因多样性及其与疾病、药物反应的关系。
Natural selection plays an important role on the evolution of human. It not only makes us learn more about the history of human to use the signatures of selections in the genome, but also helps us understarding the relationship between genetic variants and disease or medication.
