摘要 黏着斑激酶是细胞基质-整合素信号通路的重要传递者，作为多种信号通路的枢纽，它可以直接参与细胞多种功能的调节。本文综述了FAK的结构、激活途径以及其与多种信号分子的相互作用，以便我们能更好地了解FAK的功能。 Focal adhesion kinase（FAK）is an important messanger of extracelluar matrix-integrin signal pathway, And as a focus of many kinds of signals,it can play a role in the tegulation of multiple cell functions directly. Herein, in order to further understand the function of FAK, we review the construction, activation ways and its reaction with multiple signal molecures.
