LunX和CK19基因定量表达在鉴别良恶性胸水中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 肺癌、细菌性胸膜炎、慢性阻塞性肺炎等数十种疾病均可产生不同程度的胸腔积液,有时胸腔积液可能成为疾病唯一的临床表现,快速鉴别胸腔积液的良、恶性对临床诊断具有重要意义。建立了一种荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测LunX mRNA的新方法,探讨LunX基因在鉴别胸水良、恶性以及恶性肿瘤原发病灶中的应用价值。现报道如下。
