摘要
医院各级领导干部作为和谐医院建设的组织者、推动者和实践者,是推进医院和谐建设的关键力量。近年来,我院各级领导干部立足"三个依靠",从确立科学发展、和谐发展的理念入手,强化舆论导向、营造和谐氛围、加强文化建设,不断加快管理创新、内涵发展的步伐,不断增强协调利益、化解矛盾的本领,不断提升医院的持续发展力、集体凝聚力和团队战斗力,有效促进了和谐医院的建设。
The hospital leaders in all grades are the key power to push forward the building of harmony hospital as the organizers, promoters and practitioners of the building of harmony hospital. Nowadays, beginning with the idea of scientific and harmony development, the hospital leaders of our hospital＇ successfully improve the building of harmony hospital by standing on ＂the three depends＂, intensifying the direction of public opinion, constrUcting the harmony atmosphere, and strengthening culture construction.The main measure are to speed up the progress of management originality and connotation development constantly, enhance the capacities of matching benefits and settling contradictions constantly, and push forward continual development force, cohesive force, and team struggle force constantly.
