摘要
目的通过对宁波市三级医院住院病人的反应性典型调查及其影响因素分析,为医院和卫生行政部门决策提供科学依据。方法设计住院病人反应性调查问卷,分别对宁波市级4家三级医院共400名住院病人进行问卷调查。结果宁波市三级医院住院病人反应性水平指数原始值为7.915,总体评价为7.840,人群反应性分布指数为0.735,分布不均衡。结论宁波市三级医院住院病人反应性各方面评价处于"好"和"一般"之间,总体水平较好,但还有较大的空间可以改善。
Objective By analysing the responsiveness of inpatients in Ningbo 3rd Class Hospitals, offer reference for hospital supervision and health government department in dicision-making. Methods Design the Key Informant Survey (KIS) questionnaire, investigate 400 inpatients from four 3rd Class Hospitals in Ningbo. Results The original responsiveness level of Ningbo public hospital inpatients' is 7.915, fact evaluating level is 7.840. Index of the crowd's responsiveness distribution is 0.735. Conclusion The total level of Ningbo 3rd Class Hospital inpatients' responsiveness is better, some parts levels are between "better" and "common". but there is large ameliorating space.
