摘要
医院按照ISO9000标准要求,建立质量管理体系,并确认医疗服务过程符合质量管理体系的需要。监视和测量医疗服务过程,控制其过程能力转换因素5MIE(人、机、料、法、测、环)。实施质量控制机制,使医疗服务达到满足病人要求和适用的法律法规要求。
The hospital shall establish a Quality Management System （QMS） in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 standards seres, and identify the medical service processes needed for the quality management system, Monitoring and measurement of medical service processes control of its ability transform elements 5M1E （Men, Machine. Material. Method. Measure. Enviroment） These control mechanisms shall demonstards the ability of the processes to consistently provide medical service that meets patients satisfaction and applicable regulatory requirements.
