溃疡性结肠炎一例诊断与治疗评析

摘要 患者，男，52岁，因“间断腹泻、脓血便7年，再发1月”，于2006年5月入住本院。 患者7年前劳累后出现腹泻，初为黄色糊状便，数日后变成黏液脓血便，10余次／日，便前有腹痛，便后可缓解，伴里急后重，无发热。抗感染治疗后缓解，但症状反复出现。
