New methodology for estimating form deviation based on modeling of contour features

摘要 本文提出一种基于形状误差特征模型的新的形状误差估计理论和方法。该方法的基本思想是:首先建立待测轮廓的形状误差模型;然后通过对模型的合理性进行检验,来检验测量采样策略的合理性;最后依据所建立的模型进行形状误差估计以及不确定度定量分析。本文以圆度误差估计为例,通过蒙特卡罗仿真以及对实际工件的测量和数据处理详细论述了形状误差估计的数据处理过程。估计结果表明,本文提出的基于特征模型的形状误差估计方法在准确度和不确定度等指标上优于目前普遍采用的最小二乘估计方法。 This paper presents a new methodology for estimating form deviation. The basic idea of the method is as follows: firstly, modeling the form deviation features of the measured contour; secondly, testing the model to judge the rationality of sampling strategy; lastly, estimating the value of form error and its uncertainty based on the model of contour features. This paper demonstrates the process of estimating circularity with Monte Carlo simulation and real measurement. The result shows that the estimated value using this method is more precise than that using Least Squares Fitting.
