断奶前丰富环境促进大鼠空间记忆及基于基因芯片研究的机制探讨 被引量:2

摘要 丰富环境暴露能改善脑的结构,对于正常脑和多种脑损伤均有促进学习记忆,提高脑功能的作用。目前,大部分丰富环境研究是在断乳后进行的,较少研究断乳前丰富环境暴露的作用,而且已有的部分研究是将仔鼠与母鼠一同放入丰富环境中,这样的干预仔鼠仍保持与母鼠的紧密接触,较少主动探索环境。2005年10月至2006年10月,我们观察了丰富环境对海马基因表达谱的影响及大鼠空间记忆能力改变,以探讨在脑发育的高峰期丰富环境暴露对于海马功能的影响及可能机制。
