急性呼吸窘迫综合征呼气末正压的选择及其价值 被引量:7

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是以低氧血症为特征的急性呼吸衰竭,肺泡塌陷是其重要的病理生理特征,应用呼气末正压(PEEP)或肺复张手法(RM)复张塌陷肺泡是ARDS常用的治疗手段,但临床治疗中如何选择恰当的PEEP?恰当的PEEP是否影响ARDS患者的预后尚存在争议。为此,有必要对PEEP的不同选择方法进行客观的评估和分析,以指导临床应用。
