舒肝顺肺汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Bronchial Asthma with Shuganshunfei Decoction

目的观察舒肝顺肺汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将60例支气管哮喘急性发作期轻、中度患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予舒肝顺肺汤,对照组予氨茶碱口服;两组均以2周为1疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为86.67%;治疗组PaO2及SaO2改善优予对照组。结论舒肝顺肺汤不仅具有抑制哮喘速发相反应的作用,而且还能够抗气道炎症,降低气道高反应性,抑制哮喘迟发相反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Shuganshunfei Decoction on acute bronchial asthma. Methods：60 patients with acute bronchial asthma, mild or moderate degree, were randomly divided into two groups. The therapeutic group treated with Shuganshunfei Decoction and the control group treated with aminophylline. Results： The total effective rate of the therapeutic group were 90.00% respectively, while 86. 67% of the control group. Conclusion： Shuganshunfei Decoction can inhibit the immediate reaction of the asthma, also can antagonize the inflammation of the bronchial and decrease the high reactivity of the bronchial and inhibit the delayed reaction of the asthma.
