三金化石汤治疗泌尿系结石临床研究

Clinical Study of Sanjinhuashi Decoction (三金化石汤) on the Treatment of Urinary Calculus

目的观察三金化石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法将84例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以三金化石汤治疗,对照组予以排石冲剂治疗。结果治疗组治愈16例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率为87.80%;对照组治愈10例,有效16例,无效14例,总有效率为65.00%。结论三金化石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效确切,二者疗效差异可能与组方及制剂形式不同有关。

Objective： To observe the effect of Sanjinhuashi Decoctin on the treatment of urinary calculus. Methods： 84 patients were divided into two groups randomly, and treated with Sanjinhuashi Decoction and Paishichongji respectively. Results： Among the treatment group, 16 patients were healed, 20 patients were in effect, 5 patients were inefficacy, and the general effective rate was 87, 80%, compared with the control group, 10 patients were healed, 16 pa- tients were in effect, 14 patients were inefficacy, and the general effective rate was 65, 00%. Conclusion： Sanjinhuashi Decoction is better than Paishichongji on the treatment of urinary calculus, The effect difference may be caused by the difference of medicine makeup and preparation.
