斑蝥酸钠对人胃癌细胞BGC823中Bcl-2、p53基因表达的影响

Sodium Cantharidinate's Effect on Expression of Bcl-2,p53 Genes of Human Gasteric Carcinoma Cells BGC823

目的研究斑蝥酸钠对人胃癌细胞BGC823中Bc1-2、p53基因表达的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪检测、分析斑蝥酸钠处理前后人胃癌细胞BGC823中Bc1-2、p53基因表达的变化。结果不同剂量斑蝥酸钠作用24h均可使Bc1-2、p53基因在人胃癌细胞BGC823中的表达下降。结论斑蝥酸钠可抑制Bc1-2、p53基因在人胃癌细胞BGC823中的表达。

Objective：To study the effect of sodium cantharidinate on expression of genes Bcl -2 and p53 in the human gastric careinoma cells BGC823. Methods： The expression of Bcl -2 and p53 was detected with flow cytometry before and after these cells were treated with sodium cantharidinate. Results： The expression of Bc 1 - 2 and p53 in tumor cells were decreased after treated with sodium cantharidinate for 24h. Conclusions： Sodium cantharidinate can inhibit the expression of Bcl -2 and p53 of gasteric carcinoma cells BGC823.
