扶正愈瘤饮在肿瘤化疗中减毒增效作用的实验研究

Study of the Poison-decreasing and Immune-increasing Effect of Fuzhengyuliuyin (FZYLY) in Tumor Treatment

目的验证扶正愈瘤饮(FZYLY)在肿瘤化疗中的减毒增效效果。方法移植性实体瘤荷瘤鼠随机分为六组,分别给予生理盐水、低剂量FZYLY、高剂量FZYLY、顺铂(腹腔内注射)+生理盐水、顺铂(腹腔内注射)+低剂量FZYLY、顺铂(腹腔内注射)+高剂量FZYLY灌胃。结果FZYLY应用组脾重及脾脂数与对照组(生理盐水组)相比有显著差异;FZYLY能促进脾组织中T、B淋巴细胞的增殖,FZYLY和顺铂的联合应用使血白细胞、血小板值显著升高,其值已达正常值范围内。结论FZYLY与顺铂联合应用对荷瘤鼠的体液免疫与细胞免疫均具有明显的促进增强作用。

Objective： To study the poison-decreasing and immune-increasing effect of FZYLY in tumor treatment. Methods ：The sarcoma- 180 bearing mice were selected as the animal models and were randomly divided into six groups, normal saline, low dosage of FZYLY, high dosage of FZYLY, eisplatin ＋ normol saline, eisplatin ＋ low dosage of FZYLY, eisplain ＋ high dosage of FZYLY. Results：The effect of FZYLY was evaluated by the spleen weight changes, the spleen index changes, the lymphocyte transformation rate, and the changes of leucocyte, platelet in blood. The spleen weight changes and the spleen index changes were significantly higher than the control groups. FZYLY improved the growth of T and B lymphocyte in the spleen. Synergie effect between FZYLY and DDP made leucocyte and platelet in blood increase to the normal spans. Conclusion： Synergie effect between FZYLY and DDP markedly enhanced the fluid and cell immune of the sarcoma - 180 beating mice.
