针刺治疗缺血性中风97例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Apoplexy from Ischemia Before and after Acupuncture Therapy,A Report of 97 Cases

目的:观察针刺治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:选该病患者97例,辨证为中脏腑者治以启闭开窍,中经络者治以疏经通络。结果:痊愈36例,好转50例,无效7例,恶化4例,总有效率为88.66%(95%CI=82.35%～94.97%)。结论:针刺治疗缺血性中风临床疗效满意,且可降低血液流变学参数及改善血脂参数。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture therapy on apoplexy from ischemia. Method： 97 cases of apoplexy from ischemia were selected. The cases of apoplexy involving the viscera were treated by the method of wakening up consciousness and opening orifice, and the cases of apoplexy involving both collateral and meridian were treated by the method of communicating the collaterals and meridians. Result： 36 cases were cured, 50 cases were excellent, 7 cases were ineffective and 4 cases were deteriorated. The total effective rate was 88. 66%（95%CI=82.35%-94.97%）. Conclusion. The effect of acupuncture therapy on apoplexy from ischemia is good, and the acupuncture therapy can cut down the parameters in blood currert rheology and blood fat.
