医学具有复杂性和特殊性,医疗风险是客观存在的。医疗机构及其医务人员依法履行向患者的告知义务,是提高医疗质量及病案质量的关键,是降低医疗风险、避免医疗纠纷的根本措施。
Clinical medicine has complexity and particularity and medical risks are impersonal. The key of improving medical quality and medical record quality and effective measure of reducing risks and avoiding claim is that medical institutions and medical workers implement legal duty of disclosing certain information to the patient.
