聚苯硫醚/聚砜反应性共混物的增韧机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 以环氧树脂(EP)为界面反应剂,通过熔融共混制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/聚砜(PSU)/EP共混合金,考察了合金的流变行为、力学性能、相形态及增韧机理。结果表明,在PPS/PSU中加入EP后,基体间的相容性得到提高;当EP含量为5%时,力学性能最优;该共混合金的增韧机理为分散相引发银纹机理。 With epoxy resin as interfacial reactive modifier, the PPS/PSU blends were obtained through melting extrusion. Some characteristics of the blends such as the rheological behavior, mechanical properties, morphology and toughening mechanism were studied. It was indicated that interfacial compatibility of matrix was improved because of adding epoxy resin. Mechanical properties of the blends get the maximum when adding 5% content of epoxy resin. Toughening mechanism of the blends was dispersion phase initiating craze mechanism.
