摘要
OG系以马来酸为主体,添加柔性基团改性的多元羧酸寡聚物,将其应用于棉织物的抗皱整理,采用酸碱滴定法评价了其与棉织物的酯化交联情况。对不同反应温度、整理液浓度处理后-COOH的转化率进行比较分析,发现酯化度与折皱回复角之间存在一定的线性关系。结果表明,OG与BTCA及CA相比,更易与织物发生酯化反应,并可达到一定的抗皱效果。
A new kind of polycarboxylic acid named OG was firstly applied to improving the crease resistance of cotton fabrics. The conversion rate of carboxyl of the treated fabrics, which were cured under different temperature and different concentration of OG were determined by acid-base titration. The results show that a nearly linear correlation existed between degree of esterification and wrinkle recovery of the treated fabrics. The ester concentration of the fabrics treated by OG, BTCA and CA were compared. It was found that esterification reaction could be more easily occurred between OG and cotton, and achieved a good durable press finish effect.
