摘要
采用反应性乳化剂和特殊交联单体,以种子乳液聚合法合成了静电植绒粘合剂FS-496;并应用于100%涤纶经编起毛布的静电植绒工艺,介绍了应用该粘合剂时的涂胶、静电植绒、烘干固化和柔软整理等工艺条件。结果表明,使用该粘合剂得到的植绒产品手感柔软,弹性好,悬垂性佳,并具有很好的摩擦牢度,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。
With reactive emulsion and special monomer, the electrostatic flocking adhesive FS-496 was synthesized by seeding emulsion polymerization, and applied to 100% polyester warp knitted and raised fabric. The process conditions concerning coating, electrostatic flocking, drying and curing, softening were also introduced. As a result, the flock products featured soft han- dle, clood elasticity and drapability, as well as excellent color fastness to rubbing.
