Water-and oil-repellent fluorinated finishing agents and their safety(Ⅰ)

全氟烷基化合物作为防水、拒油和易去污多功能整理剂,广泛用于纺织品、服装、皮革制品等整理。以表面化学基本原理阐述防水、拒油和易去污整理的机理;介绍了全氟辛烷磺酰化合物和全氟辛酸合成的防水、拒油、易去污整理剂的合成过程;详述了PFOS和PFOA的限用说明、检测及其替代品等相关问题。

The fluorinated alkyl compounds, as the multi-functional finishing agent of waterproof and oil-repellent and soil-release, was widely used to textiles, garments and leather products. The synthesis procedure of the finishing agent from perfluorooctane sulfonate （PFOS） and perfluor.ooctanoic acid （PFOA） was introduced. Based on the principle of surface chemistry, the mechanism of waterproof, oil repellent and soil release was described. The relative issues concerning limitation, detection and substitution of PFOS and PFOA were also described in detail.
