铝对氧化物夹杂控制的理论探讨

摘要 应用热力学计算了当钢中w(Al)很低的时候可以通过控制钢中w(Ca),将钢中钙铝比控制到合适的范围,可以实现对Al2O3夹杂变性,以降低水口堵塞。 Based on thermodynamic calculation, the modification of Al2O3 inclusions in steel can be completed in the condition of very low calcium content with controlling w(Al) to reach an appropriate ,atio of calcium to aluminum. In addition, nozzle clogging in continuous casting can also be reduced.
