摘要
根据武钢薄板坯连铸连轧工程产品大纲对铁水脱硫的要求,通过对KR搅拌脱硫、纯镁脱硫、复合喷吹脱硫等3种主流铁水脱硫工艺的优缺点进行分析,选择Mg+CaO在线混合脱硫工艺用于武钢薄板坯连铸连轧工程的脱硫。
According to the demands of thin strip CSP product program for hot metal desulphur'ization, the advantages and shortcomings of three main desulphurization processes, i. e KR stirring desulphurization, Mg desulphurization and Mg-t-Ca Compound injection desulphurization are analyzed and compared. As a result, Mg-t-Ca Compound injection desulphurization is chosen by the engineering project.
