血液抗阿拉伯糖甘露糖脂IgG抗体检测诊断泌尿系统结核病的价值

Applied Value on the Detection of Lipoarabinomannan-IgG in Blood for the Diagnosis of Urinary System Tuberculosis

目的了解检测抗阿拉伯糖甘露糖脂IgG抗体(LAM-IgG)指标诊断泌尿系统结核的临床应用价值。方法泌尿系统结核病患者59例(结核组),非结核性泌尿系统疾病患者32例(对照组),采集血液为检测标本,应用斑点免疫金渗滤试验检测LAM-IgG。结果实验组LAM-IgG阳性结果38例,对照组无LAM-IgG阳性结果。LAM-IgG指标诊断泌尿系统结核病的特异性为100%,敏感性为64.4%。结论检测血液LAM-IgG指标诊断与鉴别诊断泌尿系统结核病有高度特异性和较高敏感性,具有应用价值。

Objective The aim is to understand the applied value on the detection of anti lipoarabinomannan G antibody （LAM-IgG） in blood for the diagnosis of urinary system tuberculosis. Methods The test group was consisting of 59 patients with urinary system tuberculosis and the control group was consisting of 32 patients with non-tuberculosis urinary system diseases. LAM-IgG was detected by dot immunogold filtration assay in blood. Results The results of LAM-IgG were all negative in the control group. In the tuberculosis group, there were 38 positive results of LAM-IgG. The specificity of LAM-IgG was 100% and the sensitivity was 64. 4% in the diagnosis of urinary system tuberculosis. Conclusion LAM-IgG is a useful index in blood for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of urinary system tuberculosis.
