血型不合夫妇产前血型抗体筛查回顾性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测血型不合夫妇的产前血型抗体水平,探讨O型血孕妇血型免疫抗体与新生儿溶血病(hemolytic disease of new born,HDN)发病的相关性。方法选择夫妇ABO血型不合者485例,采用血型血清学方法进行相关检测及归纳分析。结果485例ABO血型不合调查中,孕晚期IgG抗A(B)效价≥64的HDN发病率为8.61%远高于效价≤32的发病率(1.56%)。孕期抗体效价升高2个以上滴度的HDN发病率(40.29%)远高于抗体滴度无升高或下降者(3.56%)。结论夫妇血型不合应及时检测产前血型抗体,可预防HDN发生及减轻胎儿受害程度,相关结果对临床诊治具有指导作用。
