摘要 生物柴油是一种环境友好的绿色能源,可再生、可生物降解、安全、污染少,是普通柴油的优质替代品。但是生物柴油居高不下的价格阻碍了其产业化的进程。为此在生产生物柴油的同时,生产一些高附加值的化工产品如联产副产物甘油,用部分脂肪酸甲酯生产表面活性剂、二聚酸等精细化工品,可大大提高生物柴油的竞争力。因此,大力发展生物柴油相关产业,将具有深远的经济效益和社会效益。 Biodiesel is a kind of green and environment- friendly energy, and it is renewable, biodegradable,safe and less contaminative. It can be used as well as a substitute for regular diesel. However, the high price of biodiesel hinders its industrialization processes. Producing some high value-added chemical by-products together with biodiesel such as glycerol,surfactants, dimer acid and other fine chemicals can greatly enhance the competitiveness of biodiesel. Thus, developing the biodiesel and reahed industry would receive a far-reaching economic and social benefits.
