髂腹股沟轴形皮辨联合任意皮瓣修复手及腕前臂电烧伤

Repairing of Electrical Burn in Hand、Wrist and Forearm with Axial Pattern Groin Flap and Random Pattern Skin Flap

目的:探讨应用髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合任意皮瓣修复手及腕前臂高压电烧伤创面。方法:11例病人手部与腕前臂部高压电烧伤,且二个部位的创面相互不连接。采用髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合同侧腹部任意皮瓣修复创面。早期作功能锻炼。结果:11例病人创面均一期愈合,保存了部分手功能。结论:髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合同侧腹部任意皮瓣修复手及腕前臂高压电烧伤创面方法简单、可靠,利于手功能的恢复。

Objective： To explore the clinic effect of axial pattern groin flap and random pattern skin flap on repairing of electical burn in hand, wrist and forearm. Methods： Axial pattern groin flap and random pattern skin flap were applied to repair wound of electriccal burn in 1 l cases. All wounds of the patient were in hand, wrist and forearm. Every patient＇s wound in hand , wrist and forearm didn＇t link up with each other. Results： All flap survived totally in 11 cases. Part of hand function was preserved. Conclusion： Axial pattern groin flap and random pattern skin flap repaired wound of electriccal burn with method simple, reliable blood suppy, and in favor of the hand function recovering.
