阴复康泡沫气雾剂制备工艺的考察

Study on preparation technology of Yingfukang foam aerosol

目的:通过对阴复康泡沫气雾剂的制备工艺研究,确定其制备工艺。方法:运用正交试验法优选药材的提取工艺、潜溶剂、乳化剂、抛射剂的最佳条件。结果:确定以乙醇质量分数为95%,加入量为药材的12倍,提取2h,潜溶剂的最佳配比为水-1.2-丙二醇-乙二醇(2∶3∶4)。乳化剂(聚山梨醇酯-80∶司盘-80)最佳配比为3∶2,二氯二氟甲烷为抛射剂,油相-水相-乳化剂最佳配比为3∶2∶1。结论:该工艺制得的阴复康泡沫气雾剂科学合理,是阴复康泡沫气雾剂的较佳制备工艺。

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of Yingfukang foam aerosol. METItODS The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the best condition of medicinal materials on extracting technology, latent solvent, emulsifier and propellant. RESULTS 95 % ethyl alcohol was adopted and its dosage was 12 times as that of the medicinal materials, two hours was needed as the extract ing time, F12 （dichloro-difluro-methane） was used as propellant, latent solvent： water-1,2-propanediol-ethanediol （2： 3 ： 4）, emulsifier： tween 80-span 80（3：2）, the best prescription of oil phase： aqueous phase： emulsifier was 3：2：1. CONCLUSION The preparation technology of Yingfukang foam aerosol is reasonable.
