大黄粉末煎煮过程中游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌含量变化的考察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:考察大黄粉末煎煮过程中游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量变化。方法:采用HPLC法测定不同煎煮时间两种大黄煎液中游离蒽醌与结合蒽醌的含量。结果:从2~40min煎煮过程中,除药用大黄的结合态芦荟大黄素煎出率升高达70%外,两种大黄的其他游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的煎出率变化不超过20%,且均有不同程度的升高。结论:40min之内,煎煮时间对两种大黄粉末的游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的煎出率影响不大。 OBJECTIVE To study the content change of free and combined anthraquinones in the decocting process of Rhizoma Rhei. METHODS To measure the contents of free and combined anthraquinones in different decocting time by HPLC. RESULTS The changes of decocted ratio of free and combined anthraquinones did not exceed 20% and rose in different extent during decocting from 2 to 40 mins, except that the change of decocted ratio of combined aloe-emodin of R. officinate Baill exceed 70%. CONCLUSION The decocted ratio of free and combined anthraquinones in the power of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei has little significant influence on decocting time within 40 mins.
